FPCTA VALUES All lead artists, team members, staff, and volunteers are expected to operate within the core values of Fantasy Playhouse. This means your leadership, communication, and conflict management should be grounded in kindness, inclusion, cooperation, collaboration, integrity, professionalism, as you strive for excellence through your artistic work. All resident artists are expected to honor these values as part of their artistic practice and meet production deadlines agreed upon by the team. Commitments start with pre-production and finish after strike is completed. Failure to abide by these expectation and operate within the FPCTA Values may result in dismissal from a project. *
